Returns & Damages
What if my hurl arrives damaged?
If your hurl arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Can I return my hurl if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss a return or exchange.
Can I return a custom or engraved hurl?
Custom-made and engraved hurls cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not made to the agreed specifications.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the hurl is faulty or damaged, we'll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
