TIPS
We do not use metal banding on any of our handmade hurls, the nail holes weaken the timber creating cracks, causing your stick to break.
Try soaking your hurl in a bucket of water ( 15-30 min) before use.
Boiled Kettle water soaks into the wood better preventing the hurley to dry out especially in dry conditions ( Cold or warm)
